Mikalia is a native of Fayetteville, NC. She completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at UNC Chapel Hill. She treats a wide range of patients and specializes in treating patients with neurological deficits like following TBI or stroke, neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s Disease, and specializes in treating patients with vestibular impairments. She is a certified vestibular and concussion rehabilitation therapist through the American Institute of Balance. Her ultimate goal is to help her patients meet their goals.
